Refunds
When a refund is available
If a read fails to generate for an essay, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will refund that purchase once after confirming the failed delivery.
Delivered reads
A read is delivered in full when it is generated. We do not otherwise offer refunds for reads that were delivered. A complete read of a sample essay is published on the site before purchase, so you can see the kind of feedback you will receive.
How to request one
Email youredit.email@gmail.com from the address used for your account and include the transaction date. We will review the request and reply to that address.
