Refunds
When a refund is available
If a read fails to generate for an essay, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will refund that purchase once after confirming the failed delivery.
Delivered reads
A read is delivered in full when it is generated. We do not otherwise offer refunds for reads that were delivered. A complete read of a sample essay is published on the site before purchase, so you can see the kind of feedback you will receive.
Paddle and your legal rights
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle. Refunds are also available when required by applicable law or Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. These rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request one
Email youredit.email@gmail.com from the address used for your account and include the transaction date. We will review the request and reply to that address.
